In the early 1970’s the Russian government commissioned research & development to find a cure all,drug-free therapy for use in Outer space.
The development team at Sochi University led by Professor Alexander Karasev and comprised of medical doctor’s, scientists & electronic engineers developed the SCENAR [Self Controlled Energo Neuro adaptive Regulation] device.
The head scientist Professor Ravenko claimed that there were few illnesses [diseases] that the device could not treat.
When research showed that SCENAR was effective in 80% of cases the press called it the ‘Star Trek device’ because of its similarity to the ‘all-curing’ scanner used in the Star Trek series.
Why does the body not automatically self heal ?
For a number of reasons healing may become stuck and not fully complete. In this case the body then starts adapting to the disease : illness, injury, disability or toxicity.
This is known as a Healing Blockage.
When this happens the body needs a prompt to kick start the adaptive response system into a self-regulating state to restart the healing process.
TENS v SCENAR
Although SCENAR therapy is sometimes likened to a TENS machine it is in fact fundamentally different.
Using BIOFEEDBACK the SCENAR stimulates the central nervous system and thereby prompts the adaptive response system to break down healing blockages thus enabling the body to self-regulate [heal itself].
To achieve this the SCENAR electrical impulses constantly adapt in order to stimulate the C-fibers [1] to produce regulatory neuropeptides, which in turn help bring the body to a natural physiological state of Health.
After treatment these changes will remain active in the body for some time.
